New Orleans has long been known as the Crescent City, named after the city's crescent-shaped shape along the Mississippi River.

This piece is inspired by the quiet morning atmosphere of this energetic city, which is said to never sleep, and the strong French culture that remains today.

In addition to the main color and two other color combinations, spun yarn is mixed in to give each yarn stretch and kickback, making this a luxurious piece carefully knitted from a total of six strands of yarn. Knitting six strands of yarn cross-wise makes the yarn more likely to break than regular knitting with one or two strands, and it takes nearly three times as long to knit.

The collar also has lines, and there's a pocket with a tea holder on the front, so we've paid attention to the details. This zip-up knit has the same design for both men and women, so it's perfect for couples to wear together!
