The HIBISCUS CROCHET series has a loose knitting pattern that is reminiscent of hand-knitted items.
The design theme is "SUN-KISSED SKIN," which expresses a healthy tan.
[COLOR]
The coloring is inspired by the tanned skin of the Hawaiian sun, accented with the vibrant red of hibiscus and the green of palm trees.
[STORY]
I started designing with the hope of creating summery hand-knitted items with colors reminiscent of "vacation scenes," but to realize my ideal, the price range would be 100,000 yen per item, and the factory refused, saying they couldn't lower the cost, so I stopped production at one point. However, I couldn't give up and thought up ways to lower the cost, so I researched knitting that looks "hand-knitted" even while using machines.
[DESIGN]
The sleeves are slightly longer, as is typical of ACEANDRARE, to cover up any concerns about your upper arms or sunburn. The knitting method around the collar, bodice, and hem has been changed.
Because of the perforated design, we have included a cupped inner layer to prevent your underwear from showing through.
